PRCBC and Amnesty UK have made a joint submission to this inquiry. Our submission focuses on the citizenship rights of children in care, explaining the relation of these rights to human rights and the several barriers to fulfilment of these children’s rights to British citizenship. Our submission includes several recommendations, which we invite the Committee to make.
